Terms and Conditions
Our reservations require a 100% initial payment to confirm the booking.
Changes and Cancellations
For any changes or cancellations to your reservation, you must contact us directly via email at contacto@casalenga.cl or WhatsApp at +56 9 65196576.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a reservation, you can do so up to 30 days before check-in without a penalty. If you cancel after this period, the following conditions will apply:
- 30 or more days before check-in date: No penalty.
- 15-29 days before check-in date: 50% penalty.
- 0-14 days before check-in date: 100% penalty.
In any of the above cases, a 10% charge of the total reservation will be applied to cover fees from banks and payment gateways.
No-Show Policy: If a guest does not arrive on the check-in date and has not notified us in advance, this will be considered a “no-show,” and a 100% penalty will be applied.
Changes to Reservations
You may make changes to your reservation without a penalty up to 4 days before check-in, provided there are available dates.
If the new stay is longer, we will send you the details with the total difference to be paid.
If the stay is shorter, a 10% commission on the refund will be charged to cover fees from banks and payment gateways.
Special Circumstances: We understand that unexpected emergencies can happen. We are willing to discuss potential exceptions on a case-by-case basis for situations such as medical emergencies or natural disasters that prevent travel. Please contact us directly to discuss.
